dell optiplex 7020 bios

The computer boots and works correctly, but it has an Admin password in the BIOS. I've attached the BIOS data and files:
Model: Lenovo D15U001 OptiPlex Micro Plus 7020
DP/N: PDM7G A01
Service Tag: 5QVQW34

Can someone help me remove the password? Thank you very much.

I tried both files for both chips. But both show the same error.

Because your 16MB file was corrupted before. Backup failed.

Post the full bios file. Where is the 32MB file ?

I need a BIOS dump for a Dell OptiPlex 7020 (i5, 2024 model). I’m looking for both the 16 MB and the 32 MB files.
I have two chips: W25Q128JVSQ (16 MB) and W25R256JVSQ (32 MB). I managed to extract the 32 MB file and also a 16 MB file, but the 16 MB one seems too large. I’ve used : https://www.dell.com/support/home/en...driverid=vjcg9

Hello,
I bought a second hand Optiplex 7020 (i5 14th gen) but it was password locked.

So I use the 8FC8 patch but unfortunately, this time, I use Neoprogrammer instead of Siberia 1.45 and It did wrong (corrupted read).
The Optiplex DID NOT power up anymore!

I took a dump bin from another exact model, now, the PC works BUT does not recognize PCI-e anymore.
Sata 2"5 SSD is OK, it is recognized and I can install Windows11 on it BUT SSD on the M.2 port is not recognize!
Idem with a SSD on M.2->PCI-e adaptator card: not recognized during the windows11 installation!

Impossible to install any OS, except on a SATA 2"5 SSD/HDD.
It is not a question of RST (Raid On), in the BIOS, at the "storage" page, the "SSD M.2 port" is written "EMPTY".

Is it possible to restore a good bios (the 16MO one, from the soc 8, a XMC 25QH128CH) from my backup "problematic" original one?

I already tested the recovery BIOS procedure (Ctrl+Esc with an usb drive) with 3 different Bios from Dell but same result: no M.2 available.

NB: I do not have the Service TAG, there is no more sticker on the case. :-(
