After trying to read one chip that was a firmware chip but not the BIOS I think I found the BIOS chip labeled Winbond 25Q256JVEN. Altogether I think I found 4 different firmware chips in the laptop. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 16IAH7. When the device first arrived, there was no display at all.

Recently I used the official Lenovo bios updater software on my ThinkBook 13s G3 ACN (20YA0005GE). The updating process failed and I got a black screen after powering the device. Of course I did not make an own backup before using the Lenovo bios updater.

I bought a CH341A programmer and was able to make a connection to the chip while it is still soldered on board. At first i tried to Backup the BIOS with tools direcly from Windows(normaly i am a Linux user). But no full success because not every part of the bios was readable. So i bought a modified CH341a for a Backup.
