What is bios chip model ? Is it located on bottom side of mb ? (did you have to remove MB to access it ?

So the BIOS has gone rouge i tried recovery that didn't work i tried some other dumps and that failed and now i'm lost and all alone .
I Have two AIO with the exact same no POST (Fans restart endlessly) issue and i'm stuck with no answer so any help will be appreciated .
It's a HP Eliteone 800 G3 23.8inch with touch All in one PC
with a P01_0222 MB
And a Double chip BIOS file
S/N is MXL8020ZSW
P/N is Y8C76AV
And im very thankful for anyones help
And im fully aware their is another thread with a similar model but that thread is for a 800 G3 Mini Desktop with a single 16mb Bios chip my request is for a All in one with a double u68 & u19 8mb Chips

I have a HP EliteOne 800 G3 23.8 nt hc aio came from a box with a error message of this, here's all the details on my pics. i think the error comes from the ME because its not properly configure or its a blank due to the fact that this item is prototype or a test and i don't know how to solve it here's the BIN file. Don't post pictures unless asked....No one wastes time enlarging pictures, turning them, or using a magnifying glass to see numbers or letters..
it makes our work easier, not yours..
post S/N, full name and model, motherboard model, .product number,etc.
write with the keyboard..

Thank you but its still the same once i flash it. this All in one come from a box with a sticker it says prototype or a test. maybe it need to reconfigure the 16mb and 8mb. But i don't have the knowledge to do that.
