Dell Optiplex 3090 SFF UEFI dump request

I need to get a bin/rom file from a Dell bios to modify, I have run into a PFS extractor in this forum. When i run the path it just says "Working... Done!" but no file is created.
I need to open it in UEFITool and exe or rcv file is not supported.

    Model: Dell Optiplex 3090 SFF
    Service Tag: DQKR0N3
    Motherboard Model: Q470

Here is the link of the uefi/bios:

It extracts ok for me using PFS Extract 4.9 https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...16#post1683816 ,just drag and drop the file onto the Dell_PFS_Extract.exe

Thank you, I was using it wrong and running it in command prompt. From the tutorials I have seen, only 1 file is generated. This one extracts over 20 files. Which one do I use to flash the bios?

I have successfully modified the .bin file, but when I try to flash the bios with Dell, it does not allow it to be started. When I try original rcv file it allows to continue, I suppose I am supposed to turn it back into an rcv. Any tips for this?
