Hello fellows,
I am putting a feeler out for a schematic (or ideally boardview) for the Biostar B660-T Silver motherboard.
I had let my guard down and decided to trust the Biostar supplied Windows based BIOS flash tool, only to find that the system would not POST upon restart.
no problem I thought - I would just flash using my trusty CH341 and be on my merry way.
Upon inspecting the board and locating its Winbond NOR, I found it in a rather precarious spot nestled between the RAM slots and PCIe slot and right next to a rather meltable-looking pin header. Decided to remove the pin header and in my impatience managed to lift a through-hole pad clean out of the board. First time I'd managed to do that in years! Thought I had left those days behind.
Anyway, I suspect the through hole pad was also a via for part of an important circuit, as now the board will not even attempt to power on. All other components confirmed working and good.
would greatly appreciate a boardview of this model if anyone has access to it.
Thanks!
Also of note, I did post this same request in the Archive by accident - silly mistake as I am using my phone to post at the moment. Mods please delete the other post as necessary.
