first boot i pressed alt f to disabled it.

still grayed out absolute i flashed the ic 5x times now i followed your instruction from the beginning

"Here... On first boot disable Absolute and write the Service Tag.
Reboot. Then press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode. For the security issue you mentioned just reinstall the OS"

Absolute is always grayed out

No need to flash 5x times but I see, make a new backup of both chips and post here let's see
new dump both 25R256EYIG and 258128ES16

AbtState was in MAIN as expected here flash both power on and do the same steps in order

Read your chip again and post a good backup
Don't flash or erase your chip before making a good dump you'll brick your laptop ⚠️⚠️

Hi everyone,

I legally own this Dell OptiPlex Micro 7010 (13th Gen) Micro PC and I am trying to remove a BIOS admin/master password which nobody knows anymore.

Current situation:
- BIOS admin password is enabled
- Cannot change BIOS settings
- Cannot boot from USB
- Goal is simply to wipe/reinstall Windows using Rufus USB

What I have already done:
- Used CH341A programmer + NeoProgrammer
- Successfully dumped SPI flash
- Dump size is 16MB
- Verified multiple reads matched
- Dump opens in UEFITool 0.28
- Extracted BIOS region successfully

Board info:
- Dell OptiPlex Micro 7010
- Reg Model: D15U
- Reg Type: D15U004
- Motherboard silkscreen:
D13_MFF_Lu
- Intel 13th Gen platform
- Intel CSME 16 firmware

ME Analyzer results:
- CSE ME version: 16.1.25.2128
- SKU: Corporate H
- Production Ready: Yes

Interesting issue:
ME Analyzer reports:
"Firmware is incomplete/corrupted, expected 0x3000000 not 0x1000000"

This makes me suspect:
- multi-chip firmware layout
OR
- missing firmware regions
OR
- IFWI split structure

UEFITool notes:
- Main dump parses as Intel image
- BIOS region extracts successfully
- But UEFI volumes / setup variable searches are problematic
- Search for "setup" returns nothing

What I am looking for:
- Help identifying whether there is a second BIOS/SPI chip
- Whether this platform stores password outside the 16MB dump
- Assistance cleaning/removing BIOS password from dump
- Or guidance rebuilding/reconstructing firmware safely

I have original untouched dump backup.

I Can upload if needed:
- SPI dump
- UEFITool screenshots
- motherboard photos
- ME Analyzer output

Any help appreciated.
