Palit RTX3080 - Bios location - Bios Dump ?

hi does anyone have a location of the bios and maybe a dump of the bios
i have a card that wont boot , lights up , and can see it trying to post , but does not

having problems finding any schmetics or chip locations
any help much appreciated
