HP Elitedesk 800 G5 Desktop mini video issue

Hello I have a HP elitedesk 800 G5 Desktop mini with a boot issue. I have the lights and fan come on (normal speed), There is no video. I was working fine, posting with initial HP logo before and then it just stopped. Now it just turns on with power LED, fan on, No video and no response to keystrokes. The LEDs on the keyboard also stay off.
I have attached the main and EC bios dumps here. I have also tried to clean ME and reflashed again, but I am unsure if I did it correctly or not. Attached are the pre-cleaned Bios Dumps. Please help fix this. Thank you very much,

Hi Also to add to above, in addition to fan and power LED on with no video. the USB ports also dont seem to be working as in if I plug in keyboard there is no LED on the keyboard . It this still a bios issue. ? Please see dumps attached above

Thank you, I am now getting a 5 times red blink and 7 times white blinking error with beeps. I have desoldered bios chip and resoldered it back after bios flash. Would you know what this means as I cannot find on HP site. Could it be that it is damaged? thank you.
