Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti different mats results after (re)flashing vbios

I have a Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti Gaming OC Pro 8G Rev. 3.0 which crashes when i install a driver. I tried DDU and different drivers (also did nvcleanstall) but to no avail. I was pretty sure it was a vram issue so i tried mats (version 455.127). To my surprise it passed the test. I ran it again and got the same result.
The next thing i did was flashing the vbios from version 94.04.6B.00.AA to version 94.04.46.40.A7. This made things slightly worse (flashing at boot, resolution issues). It gave a black screen when i installed a driver. I tried mats again and the result was 'fail' (2x).
=== MEMORY ERRORS BY SUBPARTITION ===
SUBPART READ ERRORS WRITE ERRORS UNKNOWN ERRS
    FBIOB1 0 1320704 0
    FBIOC0 0 1316736 0
I thought this was very weird. Why 'pass' on vbios 1 and 'fail on vbios 2 for the same card?
Next i reflashed the vbios to the original version. Mats gave it a 'pass'. I'm not sure what i should do at this point. My instinct tells me to replace banks B1 and C0, but i would like your advise about this mats issue first.

Vbios for gpu RTX 3060 Laptop - Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH16H
    by Nicola P
Hi, I need the original vbios of my laptop rtx 3060 mobile gpu, I extracted the vbios from gpu-z but I don't know if it is the original one, and/or corrupted, because I had already flashed a couple of different ones previously, and now the gpu is no longer recognized in windows and gives error 43 in device manager.

from the Nvidia chip I report the model:
    S TW 2103A1
    SNP9VR.001
    GN20-E3-A1

Gigabyte Eagle 3060 Ti - Boardview / Advice request please
    by user234
    Hi all,

Recently installed a new motherboard but during the process I seemed to have damaged my Gigabyte Eagle 3060 Ti card.

My motherboard ROG STRIX B550-A is detecting an issue with the VGA (light ON)

I have attached 2 photo's of my GPU board, one above and the other is what I believe to be the 5V - as you can see, this has visual damage so looks suspicious to me.

If I replace this part what are the odds this will resolve the issue? - any additional information on where to source the parts would be much apricated too!
