MSI aero GTX 1070 voltage gone after a while

Hello guys

As the title says
All voltages present,
GPU vcore 0.8
memory 1.5
PEX 1.0
1.8 volt
5.0 volt

Regardless GPU not detected and after a while (>20 sec) whole rails shut down. No short found
Any idea what could be the issue ?

Does 5v dissappear too? Gpu not overheating is it?

Yeah. GPU didn't overheat, I kept my finger on it all the time.
I don't know which rail went out first, but yeah 5 volt definitely dissapeared/ switched off.

Surely something wrong with the 5v regulator then?

Me neither, probably one of those coils on the back of the card.

Oh please ......

There are no coils with 5 volt. So prolly it is linear regulator, the catch is I only have around 20 secs window before it shuts down. Like playing cat and mouse

I hope there is somebody who knows....

I was wrong the chip which generates 5v is mp1475

I tested this on egpu box. That 5volt chip shuts down because after a while 3.3 volt supply is killed, which feeds to it's EN signal,
3.3v rail is supplied from PCIe pin.

Egpu box works normally, confirmed with other GPU, flawless

Oscillator beside GPU chip works fine, confirmed using scope
