GTX 960 2GB GPU reballed but GPU-Z does not show the GPU info

hello guys..

i have reballed a GPU due to no display. It's a GTX 960 2GB

now the GPU can post and display picture but the info on GPU-z is not normal i.e no memory size, bus width, bandwidth and so to other details

but i can see no other artifacts, glitches etc.

can anyone provide some insights? something wrong with bios chip?
