Gigabyte RX Vega 56 8Gig component ID help

So I have this Gigabyte RX Vega 56 8Gig that has a open capacitor near the VRM's. The capacitor is visibly damaged. It seems the schematic and boardview for it is not available.
Does someone happen to have one to check the capacitance of that cap?

C708 as in the picture. Unfortunaly the original backplate with the stickers on is not with the card so I can't tell the exact model.

AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 / RX Vega 64 Schematic & Board View

The Radeon RX Vega 56 is a high-end graphics card by AMD, launched on August 14th, 2017. Built on the 14 nm process, and based on the Vega 10 graphics processor, in its Vega 10 XL variant, the card supports DirectX 12. This ensures that all modern games will run on Radeon RX Vega 56. The Vega 10 graphics processor is a large chip with a die area of 495 mm² and 12,500 million transistors. Unlike the fully unlocked Radeon RX Vega 64, which uses the same GPU but has all 4096 shaders enabled, AMD has disabled some shading...

GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2 - Stuck at Debug Code C2 - don't like Patriot Viper Steel RAM but works with G.SKILL
    by DynaxSC
    Hi,

I discovered a strange behaviour of GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2 board.

    General test conditions:
    - Tested with Core i5 6500 and Core I7 6700K - no difference
    - Default BIOS settings, but tried also altering several memory setting - does not change anything

    What is wrong:

With BIOS F1 and F2 the board normally POST's and boots to Windows 11 with 2 x Patriot Viper Steel PVS416G440C9K RAM (4400MHZ, Samsung B-Die chips)

When BIOS upgraded to anything above F2 (ie. F20-F27b) the board POST stucks after 3 Debug Codes on Code C2

GIGABYTE VEGA 56 8GB bad voltages on 1.8V Rail
    by Borges
I currently have a Vega 56 that won't turn on. I have measured the resistances and continuity and there seems to be no shortage on any of the rails of the GPU.

However, when I plug the Vega 56 into my pc an try to measure the voltages, everything seems fine until the 1,8V rail. Consequently this affects my Vcore, Memory and PEX Voltages. Therefore I believe that the problem is betweeen my 5v rail and 1,8V rail (the Magic IR0 inductor on the top left of the GPU is the 1,8V reference I use and the R22 below the VRMs is the 5V reference).

My issue is that I have been...
