Gigabyte Windforce 980 G1 Gaming no image

I received the board as a "souvenir", but from the first analysis it was full of dust and lint, never maintained, for sure.
The exact model is GV-N980G1 Gaming-4GD rev 1.0.
The board starts with the fans running full, the blue Windforce LED is on, but it doesn't give any image at all, and the GPU is cold.
I moved on to disassembly and cleaning, unfortunately for some time I haven't been able to keep a better photo device handy and the pictures are not great.
I quickly identified an area with 2 oxidized resistors, R61/R64, and after carefully cleaning the 2 resistors and the entire PCB, I made a new start-up attempt, without success.
In the badcaps schematic archive, I found the GV-N980G1 Gaming-4GD REV1.1 board, which has some differences that prevented me from making any intervention without asking for advice here.
It seems that the 2 resistors serve the 5V path, according to the schematic, but I have version 1.0 and there are a number of components missing, such as resistors, from R237 and higher, then R334 and higher, etc.
So, because the problematic resistors are R61 and R64, I searched and found some references (top and bottom for R61 and R64), but with my knowledge of electronics I don't think I understood too precisely, or what value the two resistors have, i.e. something like 124/4/1.
In addition, I measured and there is no continuity on them and it makes me think they are destroyed.
Now, in fact, what should I start checking with, in my case?
What components/values should I check before doing any physical intervention on the board?
Is it enough to replace the 2 defective resistors?
    Thank you!
