hi, i have this MB that only spin fan. i try change PSU, RAM. I think this is some kind of IC fail? do you have any think i shoid check?

Seems to have a 4MB bios image (E7696AMS.160) in its file 7696v16.zipbetter to keep quiet and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubtComment
