Enabling Intel AMT on HP ProDesk 600 G3 SFF

    Hello.

I recently got a "ProDesk 600 G3 SFF with Intel AMT enabled" and a "ProDesk 600 G3 SFF without Intel AMT enabled".

However, the "ProDesk 600 G3 SFF without Intel AMT enabled" worked fine, but the "ProDesk 600 G3 SFF with Intel AMT enabled" had a bad mainboard that would not turn on.

Therefore, we ported the vPro-compatible CPU on the "ProDesk 600 G3 SFF with Intel AMT enabled" to the "ProDesk 600 G3 SFF without Intel AMT enabled" and tried to enable Intel AMT on the HP BCU, but the "MPM lock is enabled, get SMC.bin...", I could not change the setting.

In this case, can I rewrite the BIOS program to enable Intel AMT in some way?

Sorry for the delay in replying to you, despite your prompt reply.

I tried to clear the ME by referring to "D4. CSME 11 - 15 & CSTXE 3 - 4" from the following site, which was mentioned in the site you referred to, and turned on the power, and the power light turned on white, but the FAN spun fast and the screen was not displayed.

I tried the same procedure several times, but this condition did not improve.

Any ideas to remedy this situation?
