Diode Identification,the marking says "Y4"

I have diode that needs to be replaced and the marking says "Y4" what does this mean and how do I find a replacement?

Shorted TVS diode near power supply connector, I guess?
When you remove it, hard disk will work without it, still you can replace this diode from other scrap disk on same place...

In middletime you will not have protection, who saved disk one time already...
