Multiple motherboard wont turn on (wont spin psu fan)

So i got multiple motherboards that wont do anything when i short the power button on them
    1. B660 Gaming X DDR4 that i took out the bios chip (suspecting it was bad cuz the cpu/dram light would keep flickering). Put it back on after seeing that i cant use the ch341a to program it. Now it dosent turn on when shorting the button, but the qflash turns it on.
    2. Asus Z370 E Gaming that was having some ddr4 slot problems, also took out the bios chip and updated it via the ch341 but it wont start, power led is on.
    3. Asrock H87 Pro4 not turning on at all, nothing done to it.

I have tried most of the stuff and nothing seems wrong with any

Have to run LG C1 on multiple times for it to fully work

If I have it off for a while I have to turn the TV on and off and handful of times for it actually display what it's suppose. The times it doesn't nothing comes up like the input or dobly vision logo. Once it's on I can turn it off and back on fine and the picture looks perfect.

Unhooked everything except antenna. Reset tv to factory settings. Let it sit and when I tried 2hrs later turned TV on and sound comes through but no picture....

The laptop turns on but does not display the picture, after pressing the power button fan does not spin, the motherboard is stuck at 600mA current consumption the CPU and PCH chip gets warm. When I press again power button the fan start to spin but after a couple of seconds the motherboard turns off itself and current consumption drops to 12mA. The motherboard correctly displays fault codes because if I turn on the motherboard without RAM...

    ASUS P5GC-MX motherboard recap
    by momaka
Here’s another motherboard that needed a full recap: an ASUS P5GC-MX.
This one was gifted to me some years ago by user Pentium 4, along with a few other goodies. It actually came in working order with no bulging or leaking caps. However, I noted there were United Chemicon KZG caps everywhere on the motherboard. The CPU VRM output (CPU V_core) was the only exception: it had only 2x KZG. The rest was 6x UCC TMV 4V 680 uF caps… which aren’t any good news either.

So here is what the motherboard looked like with its original caps:

[Troubleshooting] Dell T7610, computer won't post after turning on memory mapped IO >
    by elzorroazul777
I have a Dell Precision T7610, 2 Xeon 2650 v2, 128Gb of ram, MB NK70N. Bought off of ebay in December and shipped with 1 processor and 64 gb of ram. I recently filled the other side of the board with processor #2 and 64 more Gb of ram. There are two gpu's, Nvidia K420 for video and Nvidia P40 for accelerated graphics. I have shelled out my entire budget on electronics tools and building this ‘homelab' computer. I do not have the money to buy another motherboard at this time, otherwise I would!

The motherboard that shipped with the computer needed replacement as socket #2 wasn't...
