ASUS Z97-A detect only 1RAM

Why my motherboard detects 16 out of 32 RAM
it's an Asus Z97-A with i7 processor and RAM : 2*Corsair DDR3 16Gb (2*8GB)1600 MHz
If anyone can help very grateful

did you try to put the working ram into the non-working slot?
