The main symptom is that the screen does not come on, the LED comes on, but the fan does not spin.

In the reference board view, it is apw8713, but the Gaming X U2 chip looks different.
Couldn't find it because of scratches (maybe last name za7518)
2.What is the capacity of this capacitor?
Some capacitors under the core were blown out.
3.In fluke101 resistance buzzer mode, only auxiliary power pins 1, 2, and 4 sound, is this normal? Shouldn't the buzzer sound on the ground auxiliary power pin? If there is a problem, where should I place the tester and check it in order from where on the board?
