Hi, had an iMac come in with a display issue, I'll add a picture. Would this be the GPU? Or might the actual display thats broken? Any advice welcome!

If you have a thunderbolt 2 to vga, HDMI, dvi or display port, you can plug it to an external monitor. if it displays the same is possible that it is the GPU but if it looks fine it's just the built-in display. -
