    HP W2228h not turning On

    Hello Guys my first screen repair HP W2228h not turning on I tested the power board
    ILPI-029 rev.A
    Power board small noise coming out when I connect the driver board mainboard the noise become louder
    no broken caps need help

      HP 450 g1 keeps turning on even tho I shutdown/sleep . one way to stop the turning on cycle is pressing the power button few seconds thus force powering it off. But then sometimes it does not turn on at all but next day I try again to turn it on and it turns on....

      A device with specifications
      Toshiba Satellite PRO A50-A is here to replace the hard drive.
      The hard drive has been replaced and there is no problem, but there is another problem, but the customer does not care to fix the problem.
      The device enters Windows without any problem and works, even I put pressure on the CPU and graphics, but when I turn off the system through Windows, if I want to turn it on again, the system switches, but it turns off quickly within a second, and this routine continues. It is turning on and off within a second and soon it turns off....
