Samsung Monitor won't power on anymore

I have a Samsung P2770 1ms gaming monitor that was having some sort of TCON board issue. It was turning off and on so I dissambled it to try and diagnose the issue. I can't seem to find any schematics online for this board. It seems the back of the board has some slight discoloration so I've been checking the components in that location. I noticed I had a coil with absolutely no voltage which seems odd having the power cable plugged in where is the one below it is showing a steady 5.1v. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check voltage on all pins of IC601 and IC602.

Standby voltages are here but the microcontroller doesn't turn on I guess. Maybe the firmware is corrupt, maybe the microcontroller is bad, or something else is not right. But without a schematics or a datasheet of the microcontroller, or even its pinout, it is really hard to tell. There's only a service manual for a similar monitor with some useless chunks of schematics.
You could try to dig up on the web to find the firmware and how to flash it.
But you will probably be better off buying another motherboard (and pray that it works)…

Yah I found one the other day I just didn't wanna chance buying something not working correctly since they are all used because this is an older monitor. I appreciate the help though!
