LG w2252tq -tf 2 second to black

    LG w2252tq -tf 2 second to black

    I have an LG W2252TQ-TF that seems to have the 2 second to black issue.
    I'm pretty sure I know what to do next but wanted to get some feed back first.

    The power board

    The Caps don't have any obvious bulges or leaks so I'm going to disconnect 1 leg of each one one at a time and test with my digital voltmeter.

    Would that be the next best step or am I wasting my time because there are no bulges?
