The blue light blinks but the monitor does not come on and will only shut down when you unplug it. I need help

Open the monitor and post some clear and well-lit pictures of the boards inside. Use the "Manage Attachments" forum feature to attach your pictures. We can't help you if we can't see what you are seeing. In particular, if you have not repaired monitors before, pictures are a must so we can guide you what to troubleshoot.
