Display monitor Compaq 2035 faulty

Hi guys: i have here a CompaQ 2035 display Monitor that when i plugg it on the outlet it doesn't turn on,and i get a green light on power led and on the input led with no controls at all,some times if i unplug from the wall and plug it back it comes on and displays pic , i also connect it to computer and it works but still the controls on front won't do nothing stays with power green led on and input led on.
i checked all caps on the 3 boards and all good,
is there any tips that i can start with!;here some pic of the boards,thanks.
