Sam, There are multiple ways to do this - depends on your interfaces and what role those computers play on the battery testers, and the software capabilities... there is a software called Nagios, using which you would write your own scripts and capture the data from each of these computers, and then collate them to represent it on a dashboard..

you may be able to take use of Copilot using which you can screen scrape the data from the computers and populate a table and then display them on screen...

these are not the only two ways as there are multiple ways of doing this.. to start with read these approaches and see if they can help you.. honestly if its just battery monitoring some bms support data via snmp..

You seem to have already solved this, but how about two HDMI/USB video capture cards ? Then open two capture windows on the target machine/display ?

Exactly how do you do this by software route and how would you hook it up to be able to use it

Sam, This is possible via the hardware route where you take identical monitors and pry open the LCDs and remove the backlight and filter from one of the monitors leaving only the LCD layer and then disassemble the other monitor and insert the bare LCD from first monitor into second. You will need quite a bit of skillset to be able to do that.

Or least known what triggers this particular behavior is so maybe we avoid triggering it in the future ( but will not hold my breath for this one )

The reason for running more than one computer is that yes you can have more than one battery testing machine on a single computer however its sometimes gives trouble going from one battery testing machine to the other battery testing machine and because you can not give the individual battery testing machines different names you sometimes you do not know which battery testing machine you have up on the screen but with a spit screen device you can assign a certain potion of the screen to a certain battery testing machine and then click the number a certain number and have this battery testing machine full screen then go back split screen

I want to use one 65” tv as just a monitoring device for viewing the screen because it much easier to view the graphs the bigger the screen that is the reason I asked in another post about making a smart tv a dumb tv and making not able to access the internet what so ever
no idea if you have different work spaces with windows like linux ? if so that would work .

HannStar Hanns-G HC194d LCD monitor repair
    by momaka
Normally, I never post repairs this quick after I do them, because… I am usually very slow. But today, I’m making an exception here. Why? No idea. Perhaps only because the repair details are still “fresh” in my head… which is ironic, given this is a 16 year old monitor that hardly anyone will care about today. It is new to me, though. I picked it up last November from someone on my local Craigslist. It wasn’t very close to where I live, but was close to a family friend that I had to go visit anyways. So after watching the posting on Craigslist for a few weeks and seeing it getting...

HP 27es - LED monitor - Monitor Flashing On - Off
    by ant3202
    Hi Everyone

Lately I am experiencing the deja-vu incident on one of the led monitor like this.
    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...lashing-on-off

The monitor is HP 27es LED Monitor
    https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Deskto...e/td-p/6804692

The monitor will randomly blackout and display no signal and will recover again.
Sometimes need to power and off again to restore the display but...

LG 23MP55HQ LED Monitor turns off after a few seconds or flickers.
    by Rick_1234
    Good evening, gentlemen.

I have a problem with my monitor. It turns off after a few seconds or flickers. Shining a flashlight on the screen doesn't show any image, so I guess it's not the "2 seconds to dark" I read in the forum.

To turn it back on, I have to press the power button twice. Then after a few seconds it turns off again or flickers. See video.

Wise Wing F199 19'' LCD monitor - recapped
    by momaka
Looking through my repair pictures and notes, it's been a long time since I posted anything in the LCD monitors section. So here goes that.

I'm dedicating this thread to one of the very first LCD monitors I repaired (if not the first one), which was more than 10 years ago now. The monitor is a Wise Wing, model F199. It's a 19” CFL-backlit LCD. I got it for free off of Craigslist in 2009 from a guy, who said he bought it for cheap from Wallmart and the monitor worked only for a little less than 2 years before quitting.

When I saw the Craigslist post, I wasn't...
