Got this one, totaly dead, no LED, no image. Voltages are OK, 5 and 14 V.
Here is service manual, I got boards 715G2538-4 (power) and 715G2186-1 (signal). I went according to 8.2.1, here is screenshot from O-scope of the crystal X401, not sure if it is OK or not.
