    R210=10,3ohm

How can I try to start it up with a resistor? And the battery for a what needed?

Yes I was suggesting testing the lamps but if you cannot use another monitor to test them and dont have spare bulbs then I or Davi will instruct you on how to try to jump start the power supply with a resistor.
First though can you look on the back of the board for R210 - in your picture it is
to the right of the 14 legged IC in the top left corner. Is it marked 10R0 and can you test it - just on the board for now.

I think he suggested a lamp testing but if you have not tested the onscreen lamps for now is unuseful, the second part he repeat what i've said earlier about the ps board power on forcing with 1k resis. (aahh.. aaahh.. oxigen!..)

If not, do you have a 3v battery or a 500 ohm or 1k resistor perhaps you can force start the power supply with the main board disconnected - that will bring lamps on hopefully.
    I don't understand this so much ...

so the EVA you wrote is the on-off, do the test discussed earlier..
if the lamp doesn't light up place a 1k resis. also to BL_adj and 5v

    Find this in service manual:
    CN5 input connector:

    Pin no........symbol........desc.
    1..............AOL+..........audio
    2..............AOL-..........audio
    3..............AOR+..........audio
    4..............AOR-..........audio
    5..............Shutdown....audio
    6..............Mute...........audio
    7..............Vol_adj........audio
    8..............+13,8V........+13,8V
    9, 10.........+5V............+5V
    11............Aud_DET......audio
    12, 13, 14..GND............GND
    15............ON/OFF........Enable (on): 3,3V; Disable (OFF): 0V
    16............BL_Adj.........Dimming control (PWM=260Hz Vpp-p=3,3V)

    Hope it helps

i don't understand labels , are uncommon, last 6 left/right are for audio, remains adj, eva, adam.. ehm sorry.. det, v_adj, but those adj seems "adjust" so a variable signal like the brightness, i think EVA is not EVA but ENA=enable=bl_on, whatch better.

ok you have the pin labels near output connector but its on the shadow in your pic. so locate by yourself the blon pin and do what i've said previously, if you have doubts post here the pinout, please don't post picture, baadcaps.net's harddisk is not big from there to the ionosphere

Yes have batteries, 500ohm, and 1k resistors.

the inverter must be switched on with the command from main board or from a connection between 5v and bl_on signal through a 1k resistor but don't use cfl lamps like budm , use its own first, that can be good..

    OK do you have a 3v battery( CR2032) or 2x 1.5v batteries or a 500 ohm or 1k resistor

I try to connect 4 bulbs like BUDM wrote in here: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=19987, they don't light up.
So the inverter don'd work, think.

The solderings are fine, like Davi.p wrote, is only reflections. I do not have an oscilloscope. I'm biding one USB osc. on Ebay.

I don't think that those solder joints are bad, it's only a fact of reflections, after those compo. soldered have no influence in monitor functioning, are for filtering noise that psu produces versus mains (electrical net)...

and that CE107 is meant to be 47uf - will continue tomorrow.

Looking at the back of the board some of the soldering is really bad - I was going to try and find a picture of someone elses board but have not had time.

Please check carefully and resolder as required the red one doesnt look to have any solder on at all!! That may be right but cant tell what is on the other side?

Regulators are surely good, at this point i don't know which steps you can do, if you have an oscilloscope you can test if the quarz osc. is working, if you don't you can try and replace it, but changing blind-like is not funny, last chance is to search for a replacement main/scaler bd or a replacement RTD2120S that i don't have searched but i guess is a mcu, you need one programmed for this monitor model.

    R105 = 0,5 ohm
I'm unable to find it too. But I think is something like LM117MPX-3.3.
Here's voltages on that regulators. (pic)

R105 smd near output connector must be tested, anyway if is ok your problem seems to be on main/scaler board. I'm not able to find datasheet for ABF646 so you must post all 3 pins voltages.
anyway them has no resistors near so must be fixed output..

I have acer laptop tmx314-51 with part no 6050A3020501.
The laptop is working fine on adapter and battery is also charging and when adapter is disconnected in on state the laptop gives backup on battery and gives good backup.
But when laptop is powered on through battery only the laptop does not power on and there is 0 voltage on battery connector.
I have not not tried another battery as it is not available locally could this be a battery problem.have checked discharging mosfet and there is no shorting to ground on any pin of battery connector.
