    i checked the fuse on the t-con and it was ok........

    again, my problem is the screen is now white........i replaced several of the caps on the power supply board and then after that i powered it up and the screen was "white".........

    so you all think its the t-con?

      i did not check or replace the caps on the video board ........do you think replacing those might fix the problem?

        They are fine in most cases. Are you sure the LVDS is connected correctly on *both* sides?

          What is the LVDS? I made sur the ribbon cable from the Tcon area to the video board was seated well.......is this what you mean?

            Yeah, it's called low voltage differential signaling. Sometimes happen than you move it by single pin and than the screen turns white (transistors are off=all light passes).
