I have a unit like this one and I have replaced the lamps but I am still having a problem getting them to light up. I noticed in your list of caps that they are completely different then what is on my board. My board has 5 -1000uf @ 25v 1 - 680uf @ 25v and of course the 1 - 47uf @ 25v. Just wondering if this might be part of my problem?Comment

Are the two by the transformers 1000uF? If they are, that seems high since it does not need that much in those two locations.Never stop learning

Yes they are. The only one that is different is C811 near the P851 connector. That one is the 680uf @ 25v. The reading across the two transformers T852 - .500k T851 - .499KLast edited by davg; 12-07-2012, 06:24 AM.Comment

What value would you recommend? iyho would this cause the lamps not to light up? I know you revived several of these were they all lamp related?Comment
