Hi!
I am reparing a generic made by some chinese company marketed by indian company (HCL) 15" LCD model: HCM500. The problem with it is the display is very DIM, hardly display visible, does not have any problem with the cfl or inverter boards. the scaler ic used is TSUM16AL. according to the ic datasheet its LVDS output to the panel should be -ve voltages. but all voltages are in +ve. Can any one possibly let me know why this is hapenning. Has the scaler ic gone defective? is there any way to it.
Thanks
Jeetu
