Sony MHC-RG20 Mini hifi system.NO sound

This Sony Mhc-RG20 has no sound but the audio IC appears to be ok because
when the power is switched on,the system does not go into protect mode.There
is a relay on the main board and it appears that this relay is not functioning.

...then, the unit is probably in protection. Is this a speaker relay? Why not have a look at the voltages on the "in" side of the relay?

This is a speaker relay and the voltages on the "in" side of the relay is 12.8 volts.
