Marantz DV 6400 laser pick-up

I picked up one of these at the local boot fair (flea market)- not because I needed a DVD player- I have a skip-load of those- but because it plays SACD discs. Well, it's supposed to.
It played CD's OK and DVD's with some difficulty, but it did not recognise SACD's as such- it just played the normal 2-Ch. track- albeit with a very nice sound.
So I pulled it apart, and the lens was quite cloudy. I have cleaned plenty of these before- top and bottom-side of the lens. However, a clumsy slip and (swear-swear-swear) I had broken the ribbon.
So I am looking for a new laser pick-up- it looks too difficult to repair.
Unfortunately there is no identification at all that I can see, does anyone (with a service manual perhaps?) know the part number?

Looks manufactured by Hitachi.

According to SM, the original minimum order part was the whole loader:

Position 1B1, P/N 44AW304010, mecha 0838 VCDVM040 N79F0GVM

how many tracks on the ribbon?
you can bypass it with kynar.

Many thanks @Chungalin that at least gives me something to go on.

@stj, I did think about attempting a repair, it is only 4 tracks. But, as I am not convinced it will be 100%, I figured it would be better just to replace.
I have never heard of kynar, what is it?

Thanks for that. Unfortunately there are no 'pads' at the other (not visible in the photo) end to solder onto or I might just have given that a go. I have done similar repairs before using wire from a pot core stripped from an old transistor radio. Makes a lovely smell when you hit it with the iron!
But happily it looks like this pickup has been used in lots of players (including cheap ones), so the chances of finding one aren't that bad- especially now that I know what I am looking for.

Thank you both for all your help- I will let you know as and when I get anywhere with it. Happily it is my own, so there is no rush.
