So my amp was working, but would cut out while listening to it. Then the "FL Off" light would flash. Finally it will just turn on, then after a couple secs it will click off and the "MCACC" light will flash. Tried doing the release mode and it will try to power back up but do the same thing. I just replaced the AMP board and it does the same thing. Could it be the Main PCB with the speaker connectors on it? I tested the voltage from the power board and it seems fine.

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
Did you do a master reset yet? Or did you mean with release mode the reset? Any error codes that you can retrieve? FL Blinking and MCACC usually means you've blown something in the output stage. So I would think it is in protect mode.Last edited by CapLeaker; 01-14-2015, 06:56 AM.Comment

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
I did a release mode. The amp board was replaced. As far as finall transistors are you talking about on the speaker board? When I plug it in the mcacc light just flashes. If I release it, it powers on them after a few secs it clicks of and the mcacc light just flashesComment

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
For some reason I can't upload the SM right now, so here is the link:
You have to wait like a minute in order to actually get the down load link on the bottom. Wait for the "Get manual" link.
So you are down to testing the finals.Comment

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
Yes, you should to a reset first.
On the 1122k, is Tuner up and Multizone on/off for 5 seconds.
Don't remember what is on 1021k.
Here is one on Youtube:

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
I got the board on eBay. I know it's possible to get bad parts. I just hate to ship it back. Can't go cutting on a part if I need to return it. I'll try the reset. So this is the only possibility? I do know it's going into protect mode. I do have that service manual already.Comment

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
Tried reset and it fails. Have to do release mode to get it to turn on, then immediately turn it off before it goes into protect mode. Then I held enter and standby, it asks if I want to reset, and before I can hit yes it clicks off with the mcacc light flashing.Comment

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
either the driver, the final or both in one or more channels has a short. That puts DC on to the output terminals. In order to save your speakers there is a relay. If it detects DC, it won't click and hook up the finals to the speaker terminal. Could be that on top of the blown final, bad resistors and zener diodes are toasted too. Not sure if you are comfortable fixing that or not.Comment

Re: Pioneer VSX-1021-k
No. On the bottom. I can only test them in place on the board. I know I need them out to test properly, but if I mess with the board I void the warranty on the part. That is my problem. I think I will send the board back and then test the old one I pulled. Then I can desolder parts and test properly.Last edited by NickLoC; 01-17-2015, 01:26 AM.Comment

Have a Pioneer VSX-1021 that goes to MCACC flashing as soon as it is plugged in.
If I enter release mode, it powers on, the screen display is correct, but then it shuts down and goes back to MCACC after a few seconds. I can shut it down to standby (w/o flashing MCACC if I hit the power button as soon as release mode finishes the boot sequence).
Entering reset mode and executing a reset doesn't change this.
I am unable to enter service mode to see the error counts - Enter + Power button doesn't do anything, whether from normal standby or from MCACC flashing....-

by ekozeko333Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers
🧠 What I’ve Done So Far
Flashed...-

by corrizeHello, I'm stuck in troubleshooting…
The flash system works like that : when the (mechanic) flash button is pressed, the flash mecanically pop up, and a circuit buck boost elevate 7v (batt) to 200-300v (?) for charging the big capacitor. And when the photo shoot button is pressed, the capacitor is discharged in the xeon light.
In the D800, there is a first « power board » close to the battery. 2 wires (batt 7v) goes to another little « flash board ». I measured 7v, so ok.
When I press the flash button, it's detected by the system, flash icon appear on LDC display.... -
by abajorHello I've had somebody bring in one of these charming little cameras to attempt retrieving data from the internal 32GB flash.
Something is damaged inside the cameras lens assembly I can hear it clunking around and it has probably dislodged the sensor, powering up the camera gives a blank screen and the focus motor sounds like it's having a fit.
The camera will not connect to a computer via USB in this state, I have no options no navigation, just power up and focus/zoom motor noises.
I think my best shot is to figure out a way to read the internal flash memory outside... -

I got here a Sony 65X950G - I tried to find any repairs guides for this model but not many online
here is the issue
I have Sony and android logo. but then 4 led red flash lights front of the tv
I have 3.3v ref. 12v reg then T con 12v when I press the power on button
but then I get black screen and 4 red flash light at the front LED
but I get 3 led flash on the LED driver board.
I check that few X900F or C YouTube repairs, seems that if you have 4 led red flash it could be due of LED black light error
so I tried... - Loading...
