Integra DTR 50.5 Please help!

I have an Integra DTR 50.5 amp that needs repair and I need help identifing Q5064

Component in question is labeled BE 8W
Its sister is labelled BF 8EW

The board is BCCLA-1328

I would REALLY love to put this amp back into service, if anyone can help with a Digikey part number or ANYTHING, I would greatly appreciate it.

What is this board for? Make some wide photos of the whole board and the unit.
Also, integra is basically onkyo, so most likely there is a corresponding onkyo model.

p.s. Download the service manual for 50.7, there q5064 is listed as INA6006AP1 which has marking of B E xx W. Still, take some time to compare the circuits or at least the final amp transistors.

p.s.2 the opposite transistor in the 50.7 schematics (q5094) is INC6006, which has marking of B F xx W so I guess both 50.5 and 50.7 use the same amp module.

Those part numbers are what I needed. I've attached 2 wide shots of the board, it's the Surround Right channel that blew, and based on the hot spots, I'm pretty sure that fan wasn't running correctly.

Rest assured I will be rectifying that problem as soon as we get it up and running again.

I work at Digikey, and was looking for compatible parts because I don't want to wait 3 weeks to buy 10 unknown parts from China, and I ran across this thread on Reddit.

I know just barely enough to trace faults and replace parts. I sure appreciate this help, this has been sitting under my bench for a couple years for want of a single transistor.

I'm not certain what this board is for, it's some kind of driver board, I'm guessing pre amp, but I don't know much about amplifiers. I know it's been 🔥 so I will be inspecting it with my microscope and making sure all the solder joints are fresh and making sure it stays cool.

If you or anyone else you know can confirm this is compatible, I would certainly appreciate it, and I will update soon.

Indeed that's the driver board, but WTF onkyo??? After a dozen of onkyo avrs, that's the first time I see smd transistors on the power amp section. And wtf with the sub-boards.. how come they turned out cheaper than the thru-hole components.
Anyway, I can't help you with substitutes, but if you are planning to use different transistors, I suggest that you put them on the central channel (might be easier to switch the sub-boards) and do not forget the adjust the bias. Also check all other components on the same channel, cause you might end up blowing even more parts.

For onkyo running hot is not a bug, but a feature.. and before 2010 they did not even install that cooling fan on the top. I guess some time after the TI DSP fiasco they decided to put a fan. Just browsed over the SM for 50.7 and noticed that this fan is not even constantly driven, so I suggest bypassing the fan control circuit and connecting it directly to the +12 rail.

That's exactly what I found out with the fan-intermittently running. Discovered that after I pulled the board, saw the heat stress, and did some digging. I intend to find a 12v rail to run it once she's powered up again. Thank you for the suggestion and the help 🫡
