Avr370 blown fuse, please help

Hello good people!

I have a HK avr370. The main fuse is blown.
Mosfets Q905 and q910 are shorted.
Ic ob2358 has 3ohms between vcc and gnd pins. Guess it is shorted?
The standby transformer, on primary, it measures 5.2ohms and 1.50mH between 1-2 pins, and 0.50ohms between pins 3-4 (see photo attached). It the transformer faulty?

Most likely it is working, 5 Ohm is the normal resistance of the power winding of a pulse transformer.

There may have been a mains spike that caused the problem, Q905 and Q910 are not really part of the standby circuit, I would check if D914 zener is shorted, also check D911 for a short. ic91 may have survived. if D914and D911 are ok then ic91 is bad, I would get the standby circuit working first then go on to the two other circuits with Q905, Q910
You may want to check IC92 pins 4or5(Drain) to 3 (cs)
