Bose Speaker Model 415859 not charging, bricked during update.

I have this bluetooth speaker that came in for battery replacement, customer bought the original battery for replacement, the speaker was working connected to the charger, after installing the new battery i have 3.8v measured at the battery wires on the board, the old one was measuring a resistance instead of volts, i have connected the speaker to the charger and it was not drawing any current, not powering on.
I have remembered that i have fixed the same model of the speaker a few months ago with the same behaviour not charging with original battery in good voltage after updating it to the latest software on they're website it started to charge so i did the same with this one , i have conected the speaker to bose website it started to update then at 71% it disconects from they're website the message says to reconect then after reconecting it , it shows that is up to date but the speaker does not respond when i press the buttons, i have a brick now.
I managed to find the first speaker i have fixed , created a dump from that flash and tryed to flash this one with the same dump, but still nothing.
Has anyone any idea or what else can i try ?

i had a similar problem with a larger speaker.
if you charge the battery or use a bench supply does it turn on?

the one i had the old battery had killed a mosfet in the charging circuit so the replacement wouldnt charge.

This spi flash MX25U3235F has an operating voltage of 1.8v.
And also, read the working dump from the working speaker again and see what Status Register is set on it and the same one needs to be set and written to the chip of the faulty Bose Speaker.

I have uploaded the zip with both dumps, if you can help me , i don't know where to check in the hex?

The installed Status register should show the programmer itself in the program log. What programmer do you have?

For this dumps i've used an RT809F but i also have a svod.

Read the working dump from the working chip again, then click "Protect" and check the Status Register (check boxes) and remember them. Insert the damaged chip into the programmer, read it, go to "Protect" again, uncheck all boxes, and click "Write." Erase the chip and write the working dump. Then go to "Protect" and check the boxes that were on the working chip, and click "Write." That's it, done.

I've done that and it didnt worked, i have read the working one and the status is in the picture, tryed what you told me with the broken one that had nothing checked in the protect and it didn't worked ,what i also tryed wast switching the memory ic from one speaker to another and none of them started, saddly when i put back the memory to the working one it didn't started no power when pressing the power button, so i had to reprogram it with bose updater and it started again , what i also weird is that it keept my connection with the phone, is that saved in the bluetooth memory or how does it work. Then why did it brick the memory when i put it on the other board...

thats concerning, i would check the voltage to the flashchip on the dead unit - maybe it's too high!

There may be a connection to the CSR8670 controller (Bluetooth Audio Platform), which also contains firmware inside (this firmware could also be corrupted).

It also happens that when reading the dump with a programmer from a working device, and then the same original chip is installed on the native device, this device stops working.
