Radio, no stations, quiet static sound

Hi,
I am repairing a DeWalt DC011 radio. I found that the secondary coil of the transformer had gone open circuit and the amplifier ic had shorted. I have replaced both but I can't tune it in to a station and the static is very quiet. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Sounds like there is an IF amp or something dead like the 455.

I think the OP amp might be dead. I used diode mode from the bottom left corner to every other pin and the two sides didn't measure the same.

If you get zero radio station even with strong signals nearby, I think there something more wrong than an op amp.
