I think i found the Problem! the regulator 7805 had bad solder joints,for now it's workink fine,but i'm not sure that a 7805 regulator has any influence on sound,will see.

Did you see any other suspect joints in there?

Since you are having problem with just the left channel as you had indicated in post1, I doubt that the regulator is the real cause of the problem since the regulator will supply voltage to both channels. Inspect more solder joints as suggested by kaboom.
