best capacitor for 12V power noise sucking

I have a noisy 12V SMPS, attempting to power a small ebay class T speaker amp (you would say go for a toroidal, but I got the SMPS for free, love it's lightweight, low temperature.....

and I am looking for a few good caps to decouple most of the noise away

I am thinking to parallel a few 3300uF caps in and a few polyesters to curb the noise... any ideas?
