I can't find from anywhere. All channels are not tuning perfectly even with the roof antenna, and the sound is distorted.

Hello , I am looking for a service manual or schematic information to find out where to measure BL-on signal backlight on signal from the mainboard.
I have a tv which works fine and a spare main board that Ii am trying to fault find that is not turning the backlight on,6 flashes.
The backlights work ok with other main board.
