Hi
I bought a faulty Ariston Hotpoint KIB633CE Induction Hob
It has 3 induction zones, 1 is working and 2 not.
I was expecting a faulty IGBT. Indeed, that was faulty, but unfortunately it also has some damage on the driver part. The second IGBT on the same microcontoller does not appear faulty, but that zone was nto working neither.
I attach some pictures.
Right now my biggest problem is, that 2 of the IGBT drivers are not looking good and i cannot find what type is it.
They are SOT23-5 package, pin 2 on GND and pin 5 on output, connected through a 27Ohm resistor to the IGBT gate.
They are marked 100TP as on the attached picture.
Also, i cannot find anything on the microcontroller, marked SH16MVTJ
This board also comes in a 4 zone variant, on my board the fourth zone is simply not populated.
Any schematic, tip, or repair advice is welcome.
