Wisenet BabyView Eco Flex SEW-3048 unknown ic/transistor

    Hello guys,
I have this baby monitor that has a burned ic/transistor burned.
It has a 5v dc power supply.
I can't identify it and there's no information on google.
Does anyone know it or an equivalent. It's marked "C5F61"

    Thank to you all.

With the underscore under the 1 it looks like a GSTek part , not sure what though https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...87#post1672287

The problem in trying to ID an unknown part is trying to figure out all the marking code combinations

The most common markings are by marking then date code and/or lot number

        C****
        C5***
        C5F**
        C5F6*
        C5F61

Some IC manufacturers put the date code and/or lot number first

        *5F61
        **F61
        ***61
        ****1

Pin 1 is most commonly the one on the bottom row furthest left then going counter clockwise

        5 4
        123

The underscore under the 1 might be part of the marking, date code or it means a voltage option or something else

Its also possible that the underscore under the 1 is the pin 1 indicator,i`ve seen a JapaneseIC manufacturer do this on
some IC`s, with the pins then going clockwise. Its unlikely though to have any Japanese IC`s in a cheap baby monitor

          SMDFlea ,
Ii´ve contacted GSTek, and they told me it's not their component but said they will try to find it within their partners.
          They are great.

          Thanks for your help

I'm not having much luck finding anything, closest top mark is Mitsumi mm3292fnre but the pinout does not seem to match as pin 4 is not used
