Kiddie smoke alarm (120v with 9v battery backup) experienced 180v power surge (Newfoundland Power company).

Hi to all, I was diagnosing 2 smoke detectors that experienced power surge. I opened one up and found a weird fuse/resistor, which now has open circuit. I can't find this part.
Forgot to mention they both light up and I believe the test function works, but when I put smoke to them no alarm!

Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    it's a fuseable resistor.
what does ZV1 say on it and is it shorted?

Thanks again, RV1 looks like another resistor, it has PK on it and has some measurement (I got a .524 kohms). If you look at the word FAILSAFE it looks like it is not installed with this particular smoke detector. Forgot to mention they both light up and I believe the test function works, but when I put smoke to them no alarm!
