    Sub Anisotropic conductive film (ACF) with solider power?

    Why we need to use expensive ACF types, can we Sub Anisotropic conductive film type with finest solder powder pastes distribute evenly with air blush or on A type after dry out, it is the home made ACF type?

          I know many folks on this forum warn against conductive glue and suggest removing it immediately upon site. I'm here to vouch and say these people know what they are talking about. To be more accurate, the glue isn't intended to be and doesn't actually start out conductive. It gets conductive as it is heated by components that get hot. The glue starts out to be a light tan color but as it is exposed to heat, it gets darker and darker until it is a dark brown. I have found that it becomes conductive at the point that it reaches a light brown color on darker.

          Need help to finish my project the world's first portable COF Bounding machine.

          my idea is use same theory like hair straightener to make a COF portable Bounding machine.

          COF Bounding needs temperature, pressure, and Precise alignment and the most important.....Anisotropic Conductive Film tape...ACF tape which price has been dropping become more affordable.

          i try to use two piece flat glasses (glass microscope slides. ) to hold COF TAB in between with spring give the pressure.......but i don't know how to heart up the glasses. i thought to put heating element...
