No simple way - but if you test with an ohmmeter from the pin that is separate, to the center pin of the group of 5 - no shorts = 99.999% it is OK

You can test internal MOSFET (pin1-3) and power source (pin5-4) see if any low resistance exist.

MOSFET (pin1-3): + - /15 M Ohm - + /389 k Ohm
power (pin5-4): + - /1.2M Ohm - +/864 k Ohm

Hi, I am trying to repair the specific SMPS. The STR W6053S seems okay (high resistance to all pins). What's the point of the diode if the low ohm resistor beside makes the circuit almost shorted?
