Re: Water Damaged Diseqc Sat Switch
I've seen many broken switches, but none of them had all ports on at the same time. Now why that is, I never investigated, because I have a pile of them. I just change them out. With 10 sat dishes outside, 3 of them on C band, I need a lot of switching done.ISTM that if the micro were bad, then more than 1 port could be switched on. The fact that only the first port is switched on would suggest that the micro has powered up in its default, programmed state. It now needs a DRX signal from the receiver before it can switch to a different LNB. I would be checking the circuit between the DRX input and the receiver.

Re: Water Damaged Diseqc Sat Switch
I'm also think it's tiny13v and it appears it has to be programmed.
So I file this as trash can, or keep it for parts.
I appreciate everyone's help and effort it this.Comment

I have a water damaged Toshiba TV that was hanging nicely on the wall then over the summer we had a new multi-million pound boiler system put in and right where this TV was hanging is a nice new pair of water pipes for the radiators...
The TV hasnt been used for a fair few months but it was needed again the other day and needless to say, it didn't power on or show any signs of life (no standby LED etc). After checking the fuse in the plug (and that the socket it was plugged in to worked) I decided to get up some step ladders to take a closer look and low and behold! It looks like... -

by rzsnHello friends, so I have got a "water damaged" (or cola/beer/coffe .. something dark and sticky) G513I system - which has the board and schematics from this thread. After cleaning up all the visible sticky residue with water and detergent (thankfully mostly on the top/keyboard side), I have a partial success. IPA was of no use for cleaning this.
Using a bench power supply on the DCIN jack (as it seems that the PSU keying pin is not wired at all - series resistor R6003 is not populated), and using a shoring wire for the power button (either pin 5 on CN251 keyboard, or one... -

by TomyleeHi everyone,
Sorry for the person who’s going to read all this !
I'm on a Nintendo Switch Lite, motherboard HDH-CPU-02.
While replacing the left joystick, I had to remove the motherboard to access the connector underneath. When I lifted the LCD connector latch, it broke (the plastic had become brittle over time), so I replaced the entire connector.
During the desoldering of the LCD connector using hot air, three small components located just below the connector (likely 0402 capacitors) came off and remained stuck to the bottom of the... - Loading...
