Need help identifying replacement part

Please find the enclosed picture. In the picture i identify an electrical part outlined with a red circle. Can someone tell me where i can get the data sheet for this part or a suitable replacement part?

Edit: The "CS830F A9RD" plastic version (TO-220F) has a power rating of 30W. The "A3RD" version has a higher rating of 75W.

By the way, I always have trouble finding datasheets for this "manufacturer" (see logo). It's usually related to cheapest and lowest quality chinese electronics. Anyone have info about this brand?
