After a short between 12v, 5v and GND, I had quite a few Parts to change on this Board. Now only one more rail is missing. It is the one that powers the ram aswell as feeding the drain of an N-Channel MOSFET, which powers the chipset.
The Mainboard is a Fujitsu D3230-A11 GS1
The driver is marked with CPJ, you can see in the Picture, that it is a QFN-12 Packaged IC.
That Ic is drving a dual N-channel MOSFET in a halfbridge configuration.
I know the Board is pretty old, but I am really attached to it, + it is the only Board I have which can boot a Grub HDD, which is really important for me!
If anyone can Identify this Part, I would greatly appreciate it!
