Unfortunately the board files are not available and it dose not have all of the parts listed either unless you can get the wiring diagram and begin able to print them

Fairly simple, should be easy to reproduce but sometimes I really wonder what the best load is... semiconductors or nichrome...
I'd probably design it differently, maybe one channel of a semiconductor load and other of a nichrome load to do the heavy heating. Then I could at least boil water or cook dinner with it...

I like the way you think about how to cook your dinner nichrome wire I just have one important question how would you deal with the resistance between cold and when it is heated if not the same how would you condensate for the difference if there is any difference between hot and cold wire

It wouldn't matter since it's being regulated by the op amp, sense resistor, and transistor.

One thing that is bad about this video that this person made he does not offer the cad file for making a circuit board which I wish there was I would really like to build one and try it out
